In the high season the owner can use the apartment for 14 days for himself and his family, in a predetermined period ranging from 20.12. – 10.1. or from 30.1. – 20.3. During these dates, it is possible to book the apartment in advance. In the summer low season, it is possible to book an apartment whenever it is available for a maximum of 14 days.

Quarterly billing for money income owners. The apartments are rented by the operating company “Speckalm”, which has a reception with a lobby on the ground floor and a ski school, including a ski rental, on the ground floor. It provides all services for property owners. Everything for an unforgettable ski holiday can be found in one building – the perfect equipment for your holiday. All units in the house are accessible by stairs (almost all are also accessible by elevators). Investment apartments are perfectly equipped and have enough space for the whole family. Attention has been paid to quality equipment to ensure a high level of comfort. In the surroundings there is a beautiful and untouchable landscape. In winter, a snowy, ski paradise with 70 km of perfectly groomed slopes runs right in front of the hotel. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a kitchen with preparation or twin beds, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with a shower / WC, a TV with a Link section and WiFi. Different types of apartments are designed for 2 – 9 people. In addition to the options in the main building, there is also the option of a sauna / wellness area in the neighboring building for a small fee, where you can spend hours relaxing in pairs or with the whole family. You can book a reservation for an additional fee or a “basket breakfast” at the door of your apartment. You and your guests benefit from your own ski school on the ground floor.

We will be happy to provide a suitable financing concept for a Czech or Austrian bank. The current interest rate in Austria changes around 2%. The cost of purchase is approximately 10% of gross purchase prices, performing the standard process of buying Austrian real estate. We will guide you through the entire purchase process, including legal advice and assistance in the Czech language during the entire purchase process in Austria (during the inspection, when signing documents with an Austrian notary, etc.).

Katschberg 1066 m.n.m – 2220 m.n.m.

Katschberg is a modern mountain resort suitable for skiing, snowboarding and carving and has a total of 70 km of ski slopes. There are wide slopes in the following representation: red slopes, which are heavier and have a length of 10 km, as well as lighter blue slopes of the same length. The resort has two main arteries – the eastern slopes of Tschaneck and the western and northern slopes of Aineck. These centers are conveniently connected by paths and a ski bridge that spans the road to Katschberg. Almost the entire infrastructure of the center focuses on the clientele, mostly families with children aged 4-12. The only more challenging track leads directly from the top of the mountain. And along the covered 6-seater there is a wide, black-marked, but problem-free ski slope with gentle changes in inclination. Katschberg is part of the Lungo ski pass, as well as the Carinthian super ski pass or the Salzburg Super Skicard. The resort is very well accessible by road “Tauernautobahn” – A10. From other parts of the world, it is also easy to get to this resort, whether from Carinthia to a large car park or from Klagenfurt, where the journey to the ski resort takes only 50 minutes. It is just as far from Salzburg.
