This program will be built in the Laitelet district, in Méribel-Mottaret, which is the true heart of the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world! With more than 600km of slopes, 85% of which are located at an altitude of more than 1,800m, the area has become the benchmark for skiers around the world by offering exceptional snow cover, well-maintained slopes, a superb off-piste area and varied, and accessibility to the greatest number, the 3 Valleys can also be covered by easy runs (green or blue).
MOUNTAIN ARCHITECTURE, TYPICAL OF MERIBEL
Méribel, often described as the “beauty of the 3 Valleys”, has always made respect for traditions a priority, particularly in terms of construction. Very early on, it imposed a strict architectural charter on architects, banning modern concrete constructions in favor of blond wood and stone chalets. The buildings should not exceed the size of an adult tree, which allows a perfect integration into the valley! The So Pure project retains the spirit of the mountain chalet by offering small-sized residences, but also through the use of vernacular materials such as wood and stone, treated with a touch of modernity.
