From this, all operating costs are covered, and then the income is distributed proportionally (according to the amount of the investment). When using this system, there is no individual rental risk. With the planned investment model, a successful hotel business can achieve a total capital return of approx. 4% p.a. from the 3rd year. Operator and usage options for owners.

The aparthotel is open all year round. The apartments are fully equipped with uniform furniture. Professional and local operators take care of the trouble-free operation of the hotel. Owners can book their apartment at any time with a 30% discount on the nightly price. There are a maximum of 4 weeks a year in the high season. Shorter stays can also be booked in the off-season.

In the upper part, the mountain Aberg – Langeck creates a kind of snow trough, into which many ski slopes lead, and snowboarders will find a daily groomed fun park here.

The Ski Amade area, Austria’s largest ski resort, which includes 5 regions, 25 towns, 860 km of pistes and 270 lifts, is about a 45-minute drive away.

It is located in the heart of the ski resort “Hochkönig’s Winterreich” with 34 lifts and 150 km of perfectly groomed pistes and 40 km of downhill ski areas that guarantee skiing and winter pleasure. The highest mountain is 2941 m and there are very comfortable and wide slopes. There are slopes for the smallest children, for teenagers and they also specialize in large families, where the third and next child has a free ski pass. The village of Maria Alm has the largest number of slopes of various levels of difficulty. It is possible to go down the mountain Aberg – Langeck on steeper or gentle slopes, it depends on your experience and skills.
