The aparthotel is open all year round. The apartments are fully equipped with uniform furniture. Professional and local operators take care of the trouble-free operation of the hotel. Owners can book their apartment at any time with a 30% discount on the nightly price. There are a maximum of 4 weeks a year in the high season. In the upper part, the mountain Aberg – Langeck creates a kind of snow trough, into which many ski slopes lead, and snowboarders will find a daily groomed fun park here.
The Ski Amade area, Austria’s largest ski resort, which includes 5 regions, 25 towns, 860 km of pistes and 270 lifts, is about a 45-minute drive away.

The village of Maria Alm has the largest number of slopes of various levels of difficulty. It is possible to go down the mountain Aberg – Langeck on steeper or gentle slopes, it depends on your experience and skills.
