The apartments also have a high-speed WiFi connection and a smart TV. The project has an underground parking lot and lockable ski and bike storage rooms with direct access to the ski in – ski out slopes. Apartment sizes: approx. 35 m²–172 m² including balconies and terraces. House sizes: approx. 107 m²–134 m² including balconies and terraces.
The purchase prices of the apartments range from €224,900 to €1,349,900, plus a parking space and amenities package. Purchase prices for the chalets are between €919,900 and €1,249,400, plus parking space and equipment package. Expected return: min. 3.5% (from the third year of operation). The operating profit is divided between the owners (75%) and the operator (25%). All operating costs are borne by the operator and are reflected in the operating result.
The planned start of construction is in the summer of 2022 and the completion of the project at the turn of 2023/2024!

OWNER AWARDS – each owner receives a fixed number of so-called OWNER AWARDS (OA) annually. This is given individually according to the size of the apartment and serves as a distribution key for distributing the total rent (pool) to individual owners.
OA is deducted from each owner’s stay according to a predetermined algorithm (see xls Owner Awards table). The ratio of own unconsumed OA and all unconsumed OA (of the entire object) indicates the percentage that will be paid to the owner from the assessment base at the end of the accounting period.

The apartments are located directly at the lower station of the Fieberbrunn cable cars.
